Banister Advisors offers a unique service to help individuals and organizations to get through overwhelming circumstances, in the best manner possible. They provide a compassionate approach and are highly effective given their backgrounds in medical social work, strategy consulting, law, conflict resolution, and behavioral health support. People often call them when they aren’t sure where else to turn. Broadly speaking, they help individuals and families facing physical and mental health issues/crises (all ages, pediatric to geriatric), family decision-making conflicts, complex eldercare, end-of-life planning, bereavement, after loss, and the non-legal tasks for estate settlement.

The Company Chaplain

Corporate Chaplaincy | Spiritual Care

The Company Chaplain partners with employers and Employee Assistance Programs to provide Board Certified chaplains who offer spiritual care support in the workplace. While chaplains do not provide mental health care, they can be a welcome complement to mental health and medical care for employees who are experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances.

A spiritual director, sometimes also referred to as a spiritual guide or mentor, is a person who provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to deepen their spiritual life or explore matters of faith and meaning. They are trained professionals or experienced individuals who assist others on their spiritual journey. The role of a spiritual director is to listen, accompany, and offer insight to the person seeking guidance. They create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their spiritual beliefs, experiences, and questions.
